- Feeding quantitative layering machine:
The layering machine is equipped with a 0.2M³ loading storage tank, and the storage tank is equipped with a set of electric eye control sludge feeding system. The main function of the layering machine is to pressurize the sludge cake into strips before sending it to the drying chamber for drying. - Hot air equipment:
After the air in the combustion chamber is heated by the burner, it is guided by the heat conducting plate to initially heat the drying chamber, and then the hot air is pumped to the drying chamber through the hot wind turbine. After the temperature of the hot air at the outlet of the drying chamber is set, if the temperature is higher than the setting, the amount of fuel will be reduced to reduce energy consumption. If the temperature is lower than the setting, the amount of fuel will be increased to make the temperature of the hot air reach the set point. - Drying equipment:
The sludge is sent to the drying chamber through the conveyor belt for drying, and the exhaust from the drying chamber is drawn out by the dehumidifying windmill. After drying, the sludge is sent out by the dry material conveying equipment. - Electronic control system:
The control box used in this unit is of general type and is placed on the site of the processing equipment. The primary power supply of the control box is provided by the industry and wired to the side of the control box. The operation process is mainly automatic, and manual is supplemented.
