Rotating Sifting Machine is a machine that can continuously and effectively remove suspended solids in water. The mesh distance is selected according to the occasion and water quality. It can effectively remove various coarse solids such as wood chips, debris and metal chips in the water. In addition, it can also remove grit, light and fine solids such as hair, sawdust, grease scum, and kitchen waste.
The raw water is introduced from the upper water pipe, and the filtered solids are screened out from the external filtering zone, and flowed into the cleaning zone in the mesh to flow out through the bottom. The screened material is attached to the surface of the screen and rotated to the scraper position to scrape and discharge the slag.
Due to the rotation of the screen, the screen can be automatically removed and back-washed. This function can avoid the blockage of the screen and does not require other cleaning equipment.
